TERMS AND SERVICES

!! ⭑ GENERAL .𖥔 ݁ ˖

Wips and progresses of the art will be sent in DMS. refrain from sharing without permission and please tell me if there is anything that needs to be changed.Prices are listed for PERSONAL USE ONLY. For commercial uses, check the COMMERCIAL USE section.Please specify details such as: Canvas size, References for Background, Character, accessories, description, etc. Poses, etc.Refrain from rushing me during the commissions because I may be attending to an important event or might be busy. Please understand this!Any late commissions will be given discounts. depending on how long the commissioner has been waiting for the piece. I have the right to decline or discontinue pieces.If you do not reply back within a span of a week without any reason, your art piece will be considered CANCELLED.Violating any of these guidelines will get you blacklisted in future commissions. So please follow them !

!! ⭑ PAYMENTS .𖥔 ݁ ˖

OG prices will be sent in DMS!Payments must be made right before I send the official and finished piece. SEND EVIDENCE AND SCREENSHOTS OF YOUR PAYMENT.The prices will vary based on the complexity of the piece. but it will never be less than the original price.NO REFUNDS. after the sketch check-in process, refunds are no longer accept after that. once I have finished the art piece unless given a valid reason.If the artist cancels the piece due to personal reasons, they will give the client a full refund.DISCOUNTS will be given if submitted late.

!! ⭑ DELIVERY & DEADLINES .𖥔 ݁ ˖

It takes about 2-3 weeks for the artist to finish the piece, but it usually depends on the request, personal schedules and queue.If an extension is needed, I'll DM the client right away. If the extension is not granted, the commission will be cancelled and the client is given a full refund.If the commissioner has a strict deadline that is sooner than the stated timeline, there will be an additional rush fee with the piece.

!! ⭑ USES .𖥔 ݁ ˖

The client's commission will be for PERSONAL uses only.PERSONAL USES INCLUDE: profile pictures, Banners, wallpapers, website graphics, or other reproduction of the piece the client cannot make profit from.Basically, the client CANNOT MAKE PROFIT off the piece, they cannot claim the art as theirs and if the client wishes to post their art, they must atleast give credits to the artist under the post and tag the artist.

!! ⭑ COMMERCIAL USES .𖥔 ݁ ˖

If the client wishes to make commercial uses with their request, they must inform the artist right away so the artist could discuss about the prices and anthing else relating to the piece furthermore.The client will be charged with an additonal fee, and the final piece won't be given until the client has paid the fee.THE COMMERCIAL REQUESTS ARE LIMITED. so the artist has the right to decline the request.Commercial uses allowed are: emotes, streaming or streaming-related graphics, logos, merch-related products, png tubers, etc.The commercial price will be mutiplied by 1.5 of the base price. This could possibly change depending on the request.

!! ⭑ COPYRIGHTS .𖥔 ݁ ˖

Client cannot claim the product as their own.The artist has all rights to the drawing piece. Including the reproduction, the redistrubute, and using the piece for self-promotion or sales (with granted permission from the client.)If the commission is an original character, the artist will give proper credit to the client for ownership of the OC.The art cannot be used under any sort of blockchain-related technology such as NFTS, cryptocurrency, or any inventions related to this sort of topic.The artist does NOT CONSENT TO THEIR ART BEING USED TO TRAIN AI IMAGE GENERATORS OR ANYTHING RELATED TO THAT MATTER.
